We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts at our discretion.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Prices for our services are listed on our website and may change at any time. Changes will not affect existing prepaid credits.

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, and wire transfers for qualifying accounts.

4.3 Refunds

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on first purchases for unused credits. After this period, all sales are final. Dedicated IP subscriptions are non-refundable after activation.

4.4 Credit Expiration

Bandwidth credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

6. Prohibited Activities

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination without refund.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without explicit written permission.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of fees
• At our sole discretion

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination shall survive.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCARAB PROXIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Unauthorized access to your data
• Actions of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scarab Proxies and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
